Born global day 9/14: Ask. Listen. Do. Then repeat.
Pennybridge is a part of a acceleration program called Born Global (@cthBornGlobal) run out of Chalmers School of Technology in Sweden. Today was our 9th day out 14 and we met at Sup46 (@Sup_46) as we have before. The theme of the day was ”Sales and business relationships” and was held by Johan Sköld (@saltasviken). Johan is a professional sales expert and serial entrepreneur. Executive Vice President of Knowit AB, writer and lecturer at institutions as IFL Stockholm School of Economics and Chalmers.
Today was probably one of the most inspiring talks I’ve heard in a long, long time. It was so refreshing to hear both the harsh truth and yet with a heart so full of passion for people. The fact that people are the ones that do business in the end should affect how you relate to your customers. It’s all about relationship. And at Pennybridge we couldn’t agree more. This is why we don’t have any notice periods for our many causes. Because we believe that good relationships rely on mutual trust.
And this is why we continually try to ask you as donors, organizations and partners what you want and how things are working. We love feedback. It’s our bread and butter and without feedback from all of you above Pennybridge wont be anything close to what it could. So please: If there is anything you think of – please let us know! And: have patience – because we need to prioritize. And prioritize hard. So bare with us as we:
Ask.
Listen.
Do.
Then repeat.
